Ingredients & details
Per strip (210 mg): Valerian root extract 50 mg · Lavender extract 20 mg · Chamomile extract 10 mg · Hibiscus extract 10 mg · Melatonin 1 mg.
Other ingredients: pullulan, cellulose, raspberry flavor, malic acid, xylitol, lecithin, erythritol, sorbitol syrup, medium chain triglycerides, steviol glycosides.
How to use
Place one strip on your tongue 20–30 minutes before bed and let it dissolve. Maximum one strip per day. Keep the tin by your bed or in your travel bag.

What's in the Sleep formula?
Each strip contains 1 mg of melatonin, plus valerian root, lavender, chamomile and hibiscus extracts. You can read the amounts and full ingredient list in the supplement facts above. Individual experiences vary; this is not a guarantee of how you will feel the next morning.
Can I take it every night?
